Josh and Norman were two best friends that shared a deep love of post punk music and alternative film. They spent a lot of time sitting and drinking and listening to music and watching films before deciding to start the band SLOBB. Luckily, only one week after the band was formed, a friend’s band – The Airpaper – invited SLOBB to support them on tour, not realizing that SLOBB only had two songs at the time. Josh and Norman quickly produced and wrote three more songs and managed to throw together a 30 minute set for the support slot on the tour. After another tour and a handful of shows in techno clubs and small festivals, SLOBB recorded their debut album ‘SLOBB LIFE’, set to be released on September 29th.

Josh et Norman étaient deux meilleurs amis qui partageaient un amour profond pour la musique post-punk et les films alternatifs. Ils ont passé beaucoup de temps à boire, à écouter de la musique et à regarder des films avant de décider de créer le groupe SLOBB. Par chance, une semaine seulement après la formation du groupe, le groupe d’un ami – The Airpaper – a invité SLOBB à assurer la première partie de sa tournée, sans se rendre compte que SLOBB n’avait que deux chansons à l’époque. Josh et Norman ont rapidement produit et écrit trois autres chansons et ont réussi à mettre sur pied un set de 30 minutes pour la première partie de la tournée. Après une nouvelle tournée et une poignée de concerts dans des clubs techno et des petits festivals, SLOBB a enregistré son premier album « SLOBB LIFE », qui sortira le 29 septembre.
