With his new project NEPITA, Alexandre Diani, singer, composer, songwriter and musician from Corsica, offers a new kind of pop. A former middle-school English teacher, he recently gave up his teaching career and chose to transpose his poetry into music, composing and recording what would become NEPITA with Yannick Ristorcelli, whom he met again in Corsica. PAS PAREIL, the project’s first EP, is a chronicle full of irony of a lost society, with a Zola-like atmosphere, propelled into the age of Instagram.

Avec son nouveau projet NEPITA, Alexandre Diani, interprète, compositeur, auteur et musicien corse, propose une pop inédite. Ex-enseignant d’anglais en collège, il a récemment renoncé à son métier de professeur et choisi de transposer sa poésie dans la musique.C’est avec Yannick Ristorcelli, qu’il retrouve en Corse, qu’il composera et enregistrera ce qui deviendra NEPITA.Tout en chassés croisés rap et effets de vocodeur, PAS PAREIL, premier EP du projet, est comme une chronique pleine d’ironie d’une société paumée, dans une atmosphère à la Zola, propulsée dans l’époque d’Instagram.
