French-Australian indie pop brother duo Djakarta their new single Alive today, from the upcoming EP Overseas, due June 24th. Produced and mixed by Stan Neff (Polo & Pan, Lilly Wood & the Prick), the track will arrive alongside a free-flowing, sun-soaked animated video dreamed up by Paris-based artist Baptiste Perrin (Pépite, Clara Luciani). Amid the buoyant repetitions of a muted piano, the rippling echoes of a cello and the watery lilt of acoustic guitars, a tranquil voice soars gracefully above the song’s surface, inviting us on a regenerative journey towards the horizon.
