Contrary feelings are jostling in the hollow of the chest and clash to the rhythm of the clatter of the cars on the rails. It’s already time for the first subway after a wild evening. Time for Premier Métro.
Premier Métro is precisely the name that Dimitri, Sébastien, Alexandre and Enzo have chosen for their new project. Somewhere between the frivolous freedom of Mylène Farmer or Etienne Daho and the brilliant modernity of Flavien Berger or The Weeknd, the group has opened up a path that only they can walk. It is on this retro soundtrack which borrows its synths and its drum machines from the 80’s, that Premier Métro tells a story of our love stories, of our best nights and of those fleeting moments that make the salt of our existence. This contagious energy, absolutely captivating on stage, comes from the four boys’ past experiences that make them seasoned musicians, true showmen, even though this new adventure is only in its early stages.
On November 10, 2022, Premier Métro released “Quelques secondes”, a project that includes three new tracks. The opportunity for the public to discover the different nuances that make up this colorful universe in which one will enjoy taking refuge. “Pour quelques secondes” opens the ball with a deliciously regressive track whose lightness contrasts with the spleen of the lyrics. “Avec toi” takes things back through its contemplative side tinged with an assumed spleen. “Après le silence” finally closes the project with a fiery love declaration whose contagious energy has no time for regrets. Three tracks that share the essence of Premier Métro: the sincere pleasure of being together, of sharing a moment and, above all, of having fun.

Dehors, l’aube commence à poindre. Le ciel rosit doucement à mesure que la ville s’éveille, mais rien n’y paraît encore sous terre. Le visage appuyé contre une vitre crasseuse, les larmes tracent un sillon irrégulier dans des paillettes déjà clairsemées qui laissent entrevoir de jolis yeux cernés. Des sentiments contraires se bousculent au creux de la poitrine et s’entrechoquent au rythme du cliquetis des wagons sur les rails. C’est déjà l’heure du premier métro après une soirée endiablée. Premier Métro, c’est précisément le nom qu’ont choisi Dimitri, Sébastien, Alexandre et Enzo pour porter leur nouveau projet. Quelque part entre la liberté frivole de Mylène Farmer ou d’Etienne Daho et la brillante modernité de Flavien Berger ou The Weeknd, le groupe s’est ouvert une voie qu’il est le seul à arpenter. C’est sur cette bande-son rétro qui emprunte ses synthés et ses boîtes à rythmes aux années 80 que Premier Métro fait un récit décomplexé de nos histoires d’amour, de nos meilleures soirées et de ces moments fugaces qui font tout le sel de notre existence. Cette énergie contagieuse, absolument captivante sur scène, les quatre garçons la tiennent de leurs expériences passées qui en font des musiciens aguerris, véritables showmen, alors même que cette nouvelle aventure n’en est qu’à ses prémices.
Le 10 novembre 2022, Premier Métro entre en gare avec “Quelques secondes”, un projet qui comporte trois nouveaux titres. L’occasion pour le public de découvrir les différentes nuances qui composent cet univers haut en couleurs dans lequel il fait bon se réfugier. “Pour quelques secondes” ouvre ainsi le bal par une track délicieusement régressive dont la légèreté contraste avec le spleen des paroles. “Avec toi” calme le jeu avec son côté contemplatif teinté d’un spleen assumé, puis “Après le silence” clôt finalement le projet par une déclaration d’amour enflammée dont l’énergie contagieuse n’a pas le temps pour les regrets. Trois titres qui partagent cette caractéristique qui fait l’essence de Premier Métro : le plaisir sincère d’être ensemble, de partager un moment et surtout, de s’amuser.
